The client services team at Fastpath works with our customers and partners to help them learn how to make the greatest impact in securing their organization. As a Client Education Manager you will be at the center of our strategy to deliver robust, relevant learning to our customers and partners.

 

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:


  • Deliver training programs to support existing customers, new customers, and partners across the organization. 
  • Implement operational best practices around the areas of customer training and client satisfaction.
  • Manage training associates.
  • Design and develop learning programs to support both existing customers and new customers across the organization.
  • Develop programs to enhance fellow employees’ understanding of our products and industry. 
  • Identify best practices and improvements in customer training and client satisfaction.
  • Build learning programs to improve customer self-serve options. 
  • Design, develop, and deliver training programs to enhance fellow employee’s understand of Fastpath software.


Desired Skills and Experience:  

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Business, Accountingor related degree
  • 5+ years of experience with audit, accounting systems, or software training
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills 
  • Professional presence with the ability to communicate complex concepts 
  • Self-driven with an ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
  • Ability to internalize technical terms and translate them into simple, understandable concepts
