The client services team at Fastpath works with our customers and partners to help them learn how to make the greatest impact in securing their organization. Client Education individuals will be at the center of our strategy to deliver robust, relevant learning to our customers and partners


Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:


Responsible for regular interactions with customers and partners including, but not limited to: 

Serving as a primary trainer delivering Overview training to our customers.

Delivering training programs to support existing customers, new customers, and partners across the organization. 

Implementing operational best practices around the areas of customer training and client satisfaction.

Assisting in developing learning programs to support both existing customers and new customers across the organization.

Assisting with development programs to enhance fellow employees’ understanding of our products and industry. 

Assisting in identifying best practices and improvements in customer training and client satisfaction.

Assisting in building learning programs to improve customer self-serve options. 


Desired Skills and Experience:  

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Business, Accounting or related degree
  • 5+ years of experience with audit, accounting systems, or software training 
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills  
  • Professional presence with the ability to communicate complex concepts  
  • Self-driven with an ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively 
  • Ability to internalize technical terms and translate them into simple, understandable concepts
